You don't notice your feet all day.

— The problem no one names

Your feet are charging you interest.

Eight hours of flat standing doesn't hurt while you're doing it. It bills you later — and it takes the evening.

01

The last hour of your shift is longer than the first four.

02

You take your shoes off and don't want to put them back on.

03

Your arches ache in a way stretching never quite reaches.

04

You've bought flat gel inserts before. They compressed in a week.

Flat insoles cushion. They don't support. Vitalsole™ is a shaped shell — heel cup, built-up medial arch, three firmness zones — so the load spreads instead of landing.

— Why this one

Four things a flat insole cannot do.

01 / STRUCTURE

A built arch, not a soft pad

Rigid-core medial arch holds its shape under bodyweight. It's why it still feels the same in month six.

02 / SENSATION

52 graduated nodes

Three node heights across the footbed. You feel it working — firm, alive pressure instead of dead foam.

03 / FIT

One pair, every size

Printed trim guides on the forefoot. Cut with household scissors — no size chart, no wrong order.

04 / DISCRETION

4mm through the toe

Thin at the forefoot, deep at the heel. It disappears inside dress shoes.

Ships in 24 hours · 30-day wear window

— The footbed, mapped

Four zones. One shell.

The colour isn't decoration. Each zone is a different firmness, placed where that part of your foot needs it.

Close-up
FIG. 04 — ZONE MAP
  • Forefoot — violet. Softest zone. Absorbs push-off.
  • Midfoot — indigo. Medium-firm cluster. Where you feel it most.
  • Arch apex — lime. Tallest node, under the medial arch.
  • Heel cup — teal. Firmest zone. Stops the side-to-side roll.

Schematic of firmness zones and node placement — not a medical or diagnostic chart.

— Setup · Under 60 seconds

Trim. Place. Walk.

No fitting appointment. No moulding kit. No sizing gamble.

STEP 01

Trim to your line

Match your existing insole and cut along the printed guide. Scissors only.

STEP 02

Drop them in

Nodes up, heel cup back. Pull the old insoles first if the shoe is tight.

STEP 03

Break them in

Honest note: 2–3 hours a day for week one. The pressure feels strong at first — that's expected.

— Design lineage · 足つぼ

Patterned after a Japanese floor, not a foam sheet.

Japanese onsen and parks have stone reflexology paths — 足つぼ — laid out in clustered river pebbles. People walk them barefoot, slowly, on purpose.

The Vitalsole™ node field borrows that geometry: irregular clusters, varied heights, no uniform grid. That's why the sensation is sharp and specific rather than flat. We're honest about what it is — physical stimulation, cushioning, and a genuinely well-shaped arch support. Not a medical treatment, and we won't sell it as one.

— Straight answers

The questions you're actually asking.

The first few wears feel firm — some people describe it as intense through the arch. That's the nodes working on feet that have only known flat foam. Start at 2–3 hours a day and build up; most people stop noticing by day 5–7. If it's ever painful rather than firm, take them out — that isn't a break-in signal.

4mm at the forefoot, tapering to 11mm in the heel cup — a standard replacement profile, not an added layer. Pull your existing insole out and Vitalsole™ takes its place with no crowding. In slim dress shoes or fitted boots, removing the original isn't optional.

The shell is moulded oversized with printed trim guides across the forefoot. Lay your old insole on top, follow the outline, cut with household scissors. The arch and heel sit inside the fixed part of the shell, so trimming the toe never affects support. Thirty seconds per foot, and no wrong size to exchange.

Moulded TPE doesn't pack down and flatten like gel or memory foam. With daily wear, expect 8–12 months before the node tips soften noticeably. Rinse under a tap, air dry, and keep them out of the washing machine and dryer — heat warps the shell.

Eight discs are seated flush into the node field as part of the acupressure design tradition this draws from. Straight answer: independent clinical evidence for static magnets is weak, so we make no health, circulation, or medical claims. What we stand behind is physical and verifiable — the built-up arch, deep heel cup, three firmness zones, and 52 nodes redistributing pressure. Buy it for the structure.

Both work. Thin socks are what most people prefer — clear node sensation without friction on bare skin. Thick socks mute the stimulation, which some people want during break-in week. Nothing about the support changes either way.

Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours on business days, tracking emailed on scan. Standard delivery is 5–9 business days depending on location. If you've worn them through the break-in period and they're still not for you, contact us inside 30 days — trimmed pairs included, because we'd rather you cut them and find out.

If you have diabetes, neuropathy, reduced foot sensation, an open wound, a diagnosed foot condition, or you're pregnant, speak to a doctor or podiatrist before using a textured acupressure insole. Reduced sensation in particular means you may not feel pressure that's too much. This is a comfort and support product, not a treatment.

Twelve-hour shifts and I stopped counting the hours

Theatre nurse, twelve-hour shifts, concrete floors. Days one to four I wondered what I'd bought — the arch pressure was strong. Then it clicked around day five. Last Thursday I sat down at home and realised I hadn't thought about my feet once. That's never happened.

Fits in my work boots, which nothing else did

Every insole I tried made my steel toes too tight on top. Pulled the factory insole out like it says and these sat flat, no crowding. The heel cup is the real difference — my ankles used to roll on uneven ground. Six weeks in, nodes still standing tall.

Great support, be realistic about week one

Docking a star only because the break-in advice should be bigger on the box. First two days were uncomfortable and I nearly returned them. Stuck to two hours a day and by the weekend I did a full retail shift with no issue. The arch is properly moulded, not a squishy pad.

Trimming took under a minute per foot

Sceptical about the one-size thing. Laid my old insole on top, cut along the printed line with kitchen scissors, done. Clean edge, no fraying, arch exactly where it should be. Ordering a second pair for my work shoes.

The evening tax is gone

Teacher, on my feet eight until four. Never dramatic pain, just a dull ache that meant I did nothing after dinner. Two months in and I'm walking in the evenings again. I don't care what the magnets do — the arch support and pebble feeling are what changed it.

Invisible in my dress shoes

Client-facing job, slim Oxfords, no room for anything chunky. These are genuinely thin at the front — swapped the originals out and the fit is identical, laces do up the same. Deeper heel you notice for a day then forget.

Still firm after four months of daily wear

This is the bit I care about. Every gel insole I've owned went pancake-flat in a month. These are moulded rubber and four months of six-day weeks in a warehouse hasn't flattened the nodes or collapsed the arch. Rinse Sunday, dry overnight, back in Monday.

Bought for the acupressure, kept for the arch

Honest review: I can't detect the magnets doing anything, and the brand more or less says the same, which I respect. What I can feel is a properly shaped arch and a heel that holds me steady. Worth it for that alone.

Bought a pair, then two more for my parents

Got these for standing at markets on weekends. My dad tried mine and ordered his own the same night. Trim-to-fit makes gifting easy since you don't need anyone's size. All three of us on them daily now.

Wore them through three airports

Long-haul with two connections and a lot of terminal walking. Normally I land wrecked. Put these in my trainers before the trip and the difference by the last leg was obvious. Permanently in my travel shoes now.

Too firm for me, support was good though

Sensitive feet, and even after two weeks the midfoot nodes were more than I wanted. Thicker socks helped and I still wear them on shorter days. Build quality is clearly good — this is a me problem. Support team were straightforward about options, no argument.

My hairdresser recommended them

Standing behind a chair all day is brutal and half the salon wears these now. Third week for me. The forefoot is softer than the rest, which is exactly where I needed give. No sliding inside the shoe either.

Breathe better than the gel ones

The perforations through the middle actually work. My old gel insoles turned into a swamp by mid-afternoon in summer. These stay noticeably drier and rinse clean in seconds.
